    • This sort of thing should not be TOO MUCh of a surprise in BEER CITY!?
I'm not ruling out that, in addition to bad driving conditions, if one or more of the drivers and or the man hit were not intoxicated here in BEER CITY.
There are few sidewalks ans bad public transportation here in BEER CITY.
There are scooters everywhere (many with 12 packs strapped to the back) driven by people who have had their licensed pulled for D.U.I. here in BEER CITY.

"Drink It All IN" it just said at the top of this very page I am writing on!?

Drink Up BEER CITY - it's all O.K because the BEER is all named after outdoor places and trails and stuff - and besides there are plenty of other "Enablers" around.

You reap what you sow BEER CITY!

    • How in hael does a man get struck three times and dragged for four miles and nobody knows they hit him? It looks like two hit and runs and one hit and drag, each a gross act of stupidity if not criminal negligence.
