21st Annual FrostBite 10K, 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk
Join Park Ridge Health for the most popular foot race in Henderson County!

Fun Run starts at 2:05pm
10K & 5K start at 2:30pm
Registration Fees: $30 for 5K & 10K through Jan. 31. $35 for 5K & 10K February 1 through race day. $10 registration fee for Fun Run/Walk. Please visit www.imathlete.com to register.
Course Description: This premier race event will take place on flat to moderately rolling
terrain with scenic views of nearby Hutch Mountain.
Phantom Runner – NEW! Become a first-time Phantom Runner. Get a premium
quality race shirt and support the Park Ridge Health Frostbite from the comfort of your
home. Fee: $25.

Celebrate Pregnancy (One full day)
Monday, Feb. 11

The Health Adventure
800 Brevard Rd., Asheville
This is not your typical childbirth class! This class is offered in an interactive format to help you learn and retain all the correct and most important information. Topics covered in the course include the following: Dealing with pregnancy ailments, labor process techniques, labor support techniques, breastfeeding and newborn care. This class is $65.00 per couple. Add a massage voucher ($65 value) to use at The Baby Place Spa for just $30! Bring three pillows and a baby doll or stuffed animal to class.

WOW Health Screenings

Cholesterol Screenings
Lipid and glucose profiles by finger stick, along with blood pressure and body mass index screening. For best results, fast overnight. FREE.

Bone Density for Men and Women
Bone density screening for osteoporosis. Please wear shoes and socks that are easy to slip off. FREE.

*Wellness on Wheels will follow the Henderson County Public Schools inclement weather policy. If Henderson County Public Schools are closed or on a delay, the WOW screening will be cancelled for that day.
