Let me get this straight: In Asheville it is legal to be publicly intoxicated. It is only a misdemeanor to assault females, bruise and draw blood from children, abuse animals and drive drunk. It can be a felony for a woman to have the unmitigated temerity to show her breast.
So attempting to be equal to a man will become a serious criminal offense?
