It starts with a 2.5-mile run through grassy fields and forest-service roads, followed by a 12-mile off-road bike course and another 2.5-mile trail run. New this year is "Kids Du 2" for ages 6-13. This untimed event starts with a 1-mile run, followed by a 5-mile off-road bike course and a 1-mile run.
