The Buncombe County Service Foundation will host the Eight Days of Food Trucks fundraiser featuring one food truck per day Wednesday, Dec. 11 - Friday, Dec. 13 and Monday, Dec. 16 - Friday, Dec. 20 at 35 Woodfin St. in downtown Asheville. The trucks will be serving food from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. each day, rain or shine.
Eight local food trucks will participate in the fundraising effort including: The Low Down, Gypsy Queen Cuisine, Doc Brown’s BBQ, Pho Ya Belly, Farm to Fender, Bom Bus, El Kimchi and Taste and See. A percentage of every sale will support children in foster care for the holidays and other special occasions. The trucks accept cash and credit cards.
