Local singer/songwriter/soul musician/man-about-town Jar-e recently released the video for his song "So Inclined" off last year's release, Blood of the Summer. The song, a breezy, languid, bittersweet slow-dance features Jar-e's clear and longing-tinged falsetto and a chorus of echoing horns. It's set to a semi-surreal school dance in which kids sip punch, chase balloons and gaze pensively at their over-exposed reflections. Dreamy, melancholy, maybe just a touch disturbing ... watch the video here and let us know what you think.
