Verrrry interesting. Esther M. was the swing vote on these changes to the UDO. She voted 'yes' at the last meeting, but then sometime between then & now, somebody connected to this issue hires an attorney from her law firm, thereby forcing her to recuse herself from the vote. Cecil was practically spitting, he was so mad.
But then equally surprising, Jan Davis & Terry Bellamy switched their votes (without explaining why), so the amendments passed unanimously, even without Esther.
Verrrrrry interesting.
