Brevard Council Member Rodney W. Locks has been elected president of the North Carolina League of Municipalities (NCLM), a voluntary, nonpartisan association of 542 cities, towns and villages. His election and installation took place at the NCLM 2009 Annual Conference held Oct. 25-27 in Greenville. He will serve a one-year term.”
