Do you love Black Mountain’s Lake Tomahawk? (Help wanted)

This video shows some of Lake Tomahawk’s history and turns to its current problems with silt, erosion and runoff.

The Black Mountain, N.C., park and lake was created from a dairy farm as part of a federal WPA project during the Depression.

The video, by local M.D. John Wilson, ends with a request for help from those who are interested.
