Western North Carolina Storytellers Spearhead April 10 "EARTHQUAKE / TSUNAMI" Benefit Performance
Asheville, NC—
Asheville Storytelling Circle members present a benefit concert to aid survivors of the Japanese earthquake and tsunami. "Here Comes the Sun! Stories for Spring" will be performed at Reuter Center, and features Asheville area storytellers including Lloyd Arneach, Steve Boyer, Sandra Gudger, RoseLynn Katz, Sherry Lovett and Vixi Jill Glenn. The program is suitable for adults and children over 10 years of age.
All proceeds from the event go to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund for Victims of the Japan Earthquake and Pacific Tsunami. General Admission: $5., with donation buckets also available.
