Free financial advice Jan. 7 with experts at ‘Ask a CPA Day’
From the North Carolina Association of CPAs:

Local Asheville businesses and residents can receive free expert financial advice with an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for free!

Volunteer members of the North Carolina Association of CPAs (NCACPA) will offer free financial advice regarding
taxes, business planning, accounting software, personal finance, and much more.

In less than a month, NCACPA’s Western Carolina Chapter will team up with OnTrack Financial Education
& Counseling for their third annual “Ask a CPA Day” on Saturday, January 7, 2012. Modeled after
NCACPA’s Gulf Coast efforts post-Katrina, “Ask a CPA Day” is geared towards small business owners as
well as members of the community who have personal finance or tax questions.

This event has been booked solid for the past two years. As a result, organizers are requiring advanced
registration due to limited space. Appointments are available in one-hour time slots from 9:00 am–4:00
pm at OnTrack WNC’s office at 50 South French Broad Avenue, Suite 227. To schedule an appointment
with a CPA, residents may call OnTrack WNC at (828) 255-5166.

“Ask a CPA Day” appointments are available as a free, private, and confidential service to the community.
Members of the media, feel free to add this event to your schedule. For inquires, other story ideas, or to
schedule an interview with one of our experienced CPA volunteers for your next story, please contact
Heather Hinson at hhinson@ncacpa.org.

Wont allow us to rent any of them, unless all used m.homes have good improvements, & replaced at the more safe distances. It’s an Older park. Owner died leaving no management money.Taxes $6000. a year. new inherities egar to sell. Place is in hurrian & tornado territory. No lean on property. Just will owe lawyer fee. Can you advise how to get it sold, without further investment. Banks wont loan to a new buyer, since what m.homes now rented., isn’t earning enough to make its payments.  Thanks if you can advise,,
