MANNA Food Bank is announcing a new executive director, Cynthia Threlkeld. Threlkeld was a program specialist and acting chief of Operations in the Peace Corps for the African Regions. She was also a country director in Zambia. She is succeeding executive director Kitty Shaller, who has held the executive director position since 2004. Threlkeld will be instated as the new exective director on April 1, 2011.
