On Monday September 10, 2012 Asheville Police Officers arrested Jeffrey Warren Ponder for a hit and run assault that occurred in Biltmore Park on Saturday September 8, 2012 at 8:33 pm. Ponder was charged with felony hit and run with serious injury and driving with a revoked license. His bond was set at $10,500.
