Hendersonville, N.C. (October 10, 2012) – Craig Lindsey, R.N., M.B.A., M.H.A., C.E.N.P., Vice President of Clinical Services and Chief Nursing Officer at Park Ridge Health, has earned the designation of Certified in Executive Nursing Practice (C.E.N.P.) through the American Organization of Nurse Executives. This credential recognizes some of the most outstanding executive nurse leaders in the country.
Lindsey has served as Vice President of Clinical Services at Park Ridge Health since 2008. His diverse background in the field of health care includes experience as a staff nurse, unit manager, clinical services director and legal nurse consultant. Lindsey also served as project director for the implementation of computerized physician order entry and electronic health records across Adventist Health System hospitals and facilities.
To be recognized as Certified in Executive Nursing Practice, applicants must demonstrate sufficient work experience and education, as well as pass an exam covering the areas of communication & relationship building; knowledge of the health care environment; leadership; professionalism; business skills; and information management & technology.
