Western North Carolina physicians and attorneys engage in a high-spirited basketball game on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Carolina Day School located at 1345 Hendersonville Rd. in Asheville. Doors to the Nash Athletic Center will open at 5:45pm for the game. The Carolina Day pep band will pay during the game. The halftime show features Ebenezer and the Chrome Flakes. From 4-6 pm prior to the tip-off of the game, there will be a VIP Reception called The Tailgate Party with Silent Auction and featuring live music featuring "Rattle," and Dr. Roger Holland on acoustic guitar, a simultaneous "Kids Zone" area where kids can have fun with games, Bounce House, face painting and sports activities. The Kids Zone is appropriate for ages 3-14, and parent supervision is requested.

This entire event is a fun and family-friendly fundraiser for Project Access (r) and the Western Carolina Medical Society Foundation.

Admission Charges
Basketball Game: $5.00 per ticket (doors open at 5:45pm) 4 and under free. Concessions will be available.

VIP Tailgate Reception: (4-6pm) $25 p.p./ $40.00 per couple (includes delicious catered food & beverage, kids pizza, beverage and unlimited access to the Kids Zone for all children in the family.) * VIP pass also includes admission to the game.

Kids Zone: $5.00 per entry (includes admission to the game).
