GRFS customer-service center will add 100 positions to Arden facility

Press release

from GRFS
GRFS is adding 100 new positions in its call center in Arden, the company announced today. The new positions are being added as a result of having been chosen by a technology company to be the primary call center for customer service and inquiry calls, as well as growth of other customer service accounts.

“This expansion shows how opportunities open up when excellence is recognized and appreciated,” said Walter Gross, Senior Vice President of Fulfillment Services. “Our team outperformed the competition, and we’re delighted to be bringing more jobs into the area as a result.”

In addition to the jobs in Arden, another 40 positions are being added in the company’s Covington, LA operation. Many of the new jobs will be eligible for the GRFS@Home program, which allows qualified applicants to train and work from their home offices via computer rather than in the company’s call center.

Applicants may apply online and find more information about the job openings via the company’s website: http://www.grfs.com/jobs .

GRFS provides inbound call center and order fulfillment services for direct marketers and Fortune 1000 companies. Founded in 1978, the company has over 650 employees nationwide. GRFS has call center facilities in Arden, NC and Covington, LA, in addition to order fulfillment operations in Arden and in Orange County, CA. To learn more, please visit http://www.grfs.com.
