Historic train to join arts, crafts, music at annual Bazaar on Saturday, Oct. 13

Norfolk Southern is bringing a restored 1926 Pullman passenger car via the railway at the Historic Depot for this year's annual Arts and Crafts Bazaar Saturday on Maple Street.

10 a.m.-11 a.m.: Hendersonville Children's Choir
11 a.m.–1 p.m.: Step Child Band
1 p.m.-2 p.m.: Kontained Band with the Asheville School of Rock
2 p.m.–3 p.m.: Southern Connection clogging team
3 p.m.–4 p.m.: Emily Bodley; guitarist and vocals
4 p.m.–5 p.m.: Jim Beaver School of Music
This is the fifth year for the Historic Seventh Avenue District's arts and crafts street fair, which will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., but is the first time the Pullman Car will be on display at the event.

The bazaar and admission to the Pullman Car is free and open to the public.

"We are honored to have the Pullman Car come to Hendersonville," said Tara Ledbetter, executive director of Historic Seventh Avenue District.
