Dust off your hula hoop — Hoop Jam returns to Pritchard Park in downtown Asheville tonight and every Tuesday through Aug. 28.
"Instruction is provided by Melanie MacNeil, widely recognized as one of Asheville and the Southeast’s finest fire and hoop performers," says a press release from the Asheville Downtown Association. Hoop Jam is part of the Pritchard Park Cultural Arts Program, a production of the ADA. The weekly Hoop Jam events, which are free to the public, run from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
