Hickory, NC - 10th District Congressman Patrick McHenry has earned the endorsement of the National Vietnam & Gulf War Veterans Coalition.

“Your leadership and patriotism are especially needed in the US House of Representatives at this particular time in our history when our beloved country is at risk,” National Vietnam & Gulf War Veterans Coalition Chairman John J Molloy said in a letter to McHenry. “We are grateful for your support of legislation related to the proper care, treatment, and recognition of members of our armed forces and our veterans.”

“I’m honored to have the support of the National Vietnam & Gulf War Veterans Coalition,” said McHenry. “I will work to maintain quality healthcare for veterans, find ways we can modernize an often-inefficient VA bureaucracy, and make sure those who wore the uniform receive first-rate benefits.”

Since 1983, the National Vietnam & Gulf War Veterans Coalition has been advocating for the support of our veterans. Over 70 veterans, veterans advocacy and human rights organizations comprise the Coalition's membership.
