REHappening looks for artists of all sorts, deadline is Dec. 15
Details, from the MAP:

Attention artists, performers and musicians: The next {Re}Happening will take place on the former grounds of Black Mountain College on Saturday, April 6, and we hope you will be a participant.

In the spirit of Black Mountain College, {RE}Happening sets the stage for artists to incorporate spontaneity, experimentation, audience participation and/or interdisciplinary modes of art-making into their work. ARTISTS OF ALL GENRES are encouraged to apply; this includes (but is not limited to) artists working in the fields of video, sound, performance, installation, theater, spoken word, painting and dance.

The application process is easy: simply follow the link below to tell us a little about yourself and to submit your project ideas for the event. THE DEADLINE IS SATURDAY DECEMBER 15TH. If you've participated in past {RE}Happenings, we strongly encourage you to apply again. We would also love to see new artists get involved this year.

The former campus of Black Mountain College offers an array of niches for artists to take advantage of including a target range, forests, fields, a lake, hiking trails, tennis courts and a number of cabins. Help us reserve a space for you and submit your application by December 15.
