(A Question of a Lifetime) (from Ragnar's Asheville-based Roaring Lion Publishing), but he's written about diverse topics from fitness to generating luck, all from decidedly spiritual and self-empowerment perspective. If that's not clear enough for you, ElightenNext magazine describes Ragnar as a "modern-day shaman, Taoist wizard, natural life scientist, and self-master par excellence."
