Donation: $5.00 per adult to pay for the space. Children under 14 free and quite welcome!
BRING: One macrobiotic quality, organic dish (4 dinner servings) per person. Couples, bring a double dish (8 dinner servings). Dishes and cutlery provided.
Attendees prepare delicious potluck dishes. Bring a simple or fancy vegan/macrobiotic quality dish. This is a chance to express that special culinary creativity in the kitchen!
The Macrobiotic Diet is an organic, whole foods, plant-based and seasonal way of eating. We ask that you please use organic, vegan ingredients (avoiding all animal-based foods) and omit refined sugars. Suggested sweeteners are brown rice syrup, barley malt, and maple syrup.
PRINT ALL INGREDIENTS AND YOUR NAME ON AN INDEX CARD AND SET BY YOUR DISH. Note if your dish is Non-Gluten.
BEVERAGES: You may bring your favorite beverage. Hot teas are provided.
