True Confections offers a wide assortment of cookies, cakes, pies and breakfast breads baked in the shop with fresh ingredients by veteran chef and owner Carole Miller.  Also available are locally roasted coffees (including espresso drinks) and whole-leaf teas. True Confections is open early (and late) seven days a week and welcomes special orders such as birthday cakes, wedding cakes and other custom orders. Also offering soups, quiche and pizza.
