Asheville Art Museum

• Sun, June 2 : Filmmaking with Charlotte Taylor

  SU (6/2), noon-2pm - Participants will learn hand-painted cinema, how to create handmade direct animation on 16mm film with ink, markers, acetate, found objects, scratches and more. Advance registration required. $15/$10 members.

• Fri, May 24 : The Well Made World

  FR (5/24), noon - Lunchtime Art Break: The Well-Made World. This tour is designed to engage guests in dialogue with artists, educators, docents and staff. Free with membership or museum admission.

  Through SU (6/9) - The Philadelphia Story: Contemporary Figurative Work Drawn from the Academy will be on display in the North Wing.

  Through SU (6/23) - Aaron Siskind: Abstract Expressionist Photographer will be on display in the North Wing.

• Sat, April 13 : A Sense of Balance

  Through SU (9/1) - A Sense of Balance: The Sculpture of Stoney Lamar.

• Fri, May 17 : PLAY
