TH (6/6), 10am-noon - A class on succulents for the garden will focus on hardy plants that can survive outside nearly year-round. Container succulents will also be discussed. $24/$18.
SA (5/25) & SU (5/26) - The Asheville-Blue Ridge Rose Society exhibition will feature award-winning roses, educational programs and a lecture by rose expert Paul Zimmerman. Free with $8 parking fee.
SATURDAYS, 1pm - Interpretive guides will lead small groups through woodland trails and a variety of forest types. Topics include wildflowers, plant identification, natural history and land use. Free with $8 parking fee; donations encouraged.
