Opened in 2003 with just 1000 movies, Orbit DVD has quickly become Western North Carolina’s favorite video store, winning the Mountain Xpress reader’s poll three years in a row.

Now with almost 16,000 different movies and games, Orbit DVD specializes in carrying as many different titles and genres as possible.  Much of what we stock is from customer requests, so don’t be afraid to ask!

In 2007 a companion store was opened downtown, TV Eye Video Emporium.

Both store specialize in subscription plans (starting at $19.99) and now feature all new releases for only $2.
