Just think, I’ve got 364 more days to top that one.

Why yes I have a blog. What? You want to see my underwear? That’s over the line, sir.

sounds like the plot for a good cheap horror movie to me ... the visual imagery that invokes!

After seeing his show on Friday, I’m going to venture that Tyler Ramsey, in his tweedy jackets and well-worn jeans, is the new Asheville fashion plate.

Let’s hope not. The only thing that I hate more than North Face jackets is second hand chic.

I’m trying to bring the covered in cat hair look back.

I’m with you on Tyler Ramsey, Steve. Of course, he’s tall, thin and has great hair, so it’s hard for him to look bad. But I love the jacket with jeans look on men.

Okay… 7 is good for Darcel ... best dressed WLOSer in recent times was Bob Caldwell. He always looked inpecably outdoorsy and ready to trapse a hidden mountain trail in great style… oh, wait he was!

Second best dresser on WLOS, Mr. Bill. Mr. Bill once landed his hot air balloon in my back yard. I got the pics to prove it.

Greatest dresser of ALL TIME on WLOS, Farmer Russ! Without a doubt. Too bad he got fired for drinking a bit but he had his revenge for many years on WSKY radio, featuring guests like I.W. Harper and Jim Beam..

What about Ken Bostic and his pro golferesque, sans-a-belt slacks?

Mr. Bill landed his Thirtoon Balloon in a neighboring field by my house once too, but I don’t know if I would rate him above Monty Dupuy because I could never choose between Monty’s Rascals or his show in the morning before the school bus came.

A visitor to Carl Mumpower’s office told me that he has a series of pairs of shoes, neatly lined up next to each other, perfectly arranged by increasing gradation of hue.

The Graf-tacular fashions are good, but I miss the Lopez-Lapels

because they were so much more understated than the Watford widecollars:

However, the most missed is the Karen Coulon caring culottes. You couldn’t see them under the desk, but they were great for the mobility they afforded a person who needed to get out of a burning building with speed and style.
