Interesting. Honestly, I didn’t even know exactly what haiku was until this thread, and I did a little research into it. I’m just having some fun with it, a departure from traditional I’m sure.

Winter wind, swirling
The Chocolate Fetish, full
Saint Valentine, dead

here i sit broken
hearted tried to make haiku
but only cinquained
