Post that recipe when you get a chance, Ingles was absolutely awash in lamb shanks today.

Upper leg meat recipes are allowed instead of boob threads?
What kind of equitable exchange is there here when we get shanks for the mammaries?
EDIT: (Oh, and yes, Jerusalem Garden is a great place.. to eat!)

That back room completely silences cranky babies.
Last time we were there, they were about to close for a few days and the kitchen cooked up tons of extra sides for us so it wouldn’t go to waste.

ok late report on the lamb shank tacos .....
they weren’t really any better than just having good lamb shanks over couscous
harissa in yogurt helped moisten the couscous along with some of the broth but you have to thicken the broth or else they get soggy ..... sauted onions and peppers go really well on the tacoes .... but overall it was failed fusion
of course the house smells wonderful when the shanks are cooking ....
