Cactus owns. And he’s tapped into a market very few people realize exist, where all of these white hip-hop kids are now in their 30s and starting families. Of course they’d want to buy a family-friendly album by a rapper with some actual skill and cred. It doesn’t hurt that it’s a genuinely enjoyable album, either.

Yeah, it’s a growing market, for sure. i dont have kids, but i love the album. I’m a big kid. I gotta be me.

He just got signed to some label called “Happiness Records” and is playing perry ferrell’s “Kidzaplaooza” this weekend in Chicago and “Austin Kiddie Limits” in Austin in October.

It’s nice to see one of those guys start to get a little recognition outside of the pond.
