I’m thinking it’d be fun to have some kind of themed art contest for the forums, but I’m not sure what the best kind to have would be. Maybe something involving MS Paint and Valentines Day? Photoshop’d downtown images? Cartoon rendering of city officials?

Maybe we could do a blog post with the winners or something. It’s a wide open idea, so let’s have some suggestions.

There is a weekly cartoon challenge I have entered for past two weeks.
Each week there is a theme and artists send in their designs.
The Express forums could do something similar.

I draw caricatures around town. During Bele Chere and I draw at the Grove Park Inn on the weekends.
Also do commission caricatures and draw live at parties and events.

Brian, you have such a great idea to take photos of your subject and caricature while you have them together at the same time. I wish I could ever remember to do that.
