pets, whether dogs, cats or tigers, learn what they live…
you can tell everything about a person by the way the speak to their pet and how the pet responds…
we own the biggest love bug dog in the world, she is the smartest and sharpest animal we have ever owned… we include her in everything and make everything special just for her…
we can change that in 2 days and make her the meanest animal out there if we wanted…
don’t blame the animals for bad behavior, blame the owners…
There is certainly some truth to these statements..a piece of the truth that is left out is that certain strains of dogs are more prone to be violent that other species…
I’m sure there have been poodle attacks( I’ve never heard of one) but most the time its a Rotweiler, a Pit Bull or a Doberman…
I know people say” my dog would never hurt anyone”..right before they tear a three year olds head half off.
Eh, i know some Rots, PitBulls and some Doby’s that are the biggest love bugs and wimps out there… they learn what they live…
I was just talking to breeder who stated” They’ve breed the brains outta collies”..Now I don’t know if that is true but if it is ..couldn’t we breed the killer outta some of these aggressive breeds?
point taken..but you got to admit there are strains where the dna has gone terribly wrong..
we see that in humans…
you have to be the one to break the chain…
our dog is the most loving animal in the world… she would hold the flashlight for a burglar… she has never meant anyone she ever decided to be mean to… she always pulls her ears back, sticks that tongue out, but does greet bite ever so gentle…
after we meet and mingle, and she figures out it’s time you are going to leave, she will get in your lap and try to make you stay… she will whimper as you drive out the driveway…
thats the way we raised her…
i can make her tear your eyes out, if i wanted to…
pets learn what they live, and they act accordingly…
don’t blame the pet, blame the owner…
worst thing is hell when training a pet is to show frustration… you have to make evrything a game… they learn fast, especially when they do good and are rewarded…

Please don’t train your dog to tear my eyes out..that would hurt..
Don’t get me wrong I love dogs..one of the great gifts from god..
Dogs are like people in some ways..My cousin had a pit bull..Chopper.. was sweet ..I never saw him get aggressive.. he got old and cranky..then a kid got too close to the fence and that kid got his leg bit up real bad..they put Chopper down.. I guess what I’m saying. is no matter how nice you treat these aggressive breeds,,they under certain circumstances show their true colors..
I think we should breed the meanness outta them..
There is a time when outrage is a positive response to an event.. when people allow their aggressive dogs to harm our children..when a pillar of our society who has pilfered 65 billion from his trusting clients…When a Super Star pays under privileged parents large sums of money so he can molest their children..When a Governor lies to the press, his cabinet, his wife and then leaves his post to rendezvous with his mistress in a foreign land and then cries and begs for forgiveness…Outrage is appropriate..the purpose of Outrage is to stop behavior that is harmful to us…It’s not politically correct to be outraged,, but it’s important you find it and express it or the world stops making sense…you start to feel hollow because nothing touches you…wake up be Outraged!!!

Dangerous dogs in the UK - Dangerous dogs in England
Dangerous dogs in the UK are a major problem - every so often, there’s news of someone, usually a small child, somewhere in the UK, who has had the misfortune to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. Dog bites are a major child-health problem in the United Kingdom, exceeding the total combined number of cases of measles, whooping cough and mumps in the UK each year. Dog attacks in the UK are also one of the most common causes of severe facial lacerations in children. Each year, approximately 27,000 facial dog bites are reported in the UK, 18,000 of them requiring plastic surgery.
The majority of these savage attacks on children are by “the family pets”!!!! (Have you noticed how the owners of the relevant dangerous dog, invariably describes the dangerous dog as the “family pet” !!!) At alarmingly regular intervals, you keep hearing of dogs attacking kids. Something should be done to help stop more attacks on children by dogs, some of the more dangerous dogs are detailed below.

For the whole of the UK, in 2005, there were 3,787 A&E;admissions in hospitals for dog attacks on children in the UK, up 42% from 2,652 in 2004.
