The minute I used the word “bears” I knew I was asking for trouble.

Says a lot about the level of discourse here doesn’t it.  Thankfully, I am above all that.

There is just something about seeing your name in a list of candidates on a News13 still store graphic that just makes this whole thing surreally delicious.

I was on the TV?

Oh yes, they showed a list of the candidates for Asheville mayor that made the deadline and there was the name, “Shad Marsh” teleprompting from Darcel Grimes’ VO over the graphic. J-Bo wasn’t on it though, seems she was on the city council candidate list instead.
