Kriss, in case you havent figured out, “Bear” is a term for a rotund and hairy ‘bear’ of a man… with teh gays…

That’s too easy. I was thinking of perhaps some more cryptic meaning. So I guess if I ever referred to somebody (and I probably have) as just a big teddy-bear, that would trigger gaydar antennas all around me.

Like Steve said, this could get complicated.

a bear has destroyed my bird feeder and eaten an entire feeder full of seeds and it appears started eliminating the seed right where the driveway starts downhill ....

if it isn’t some bastardo squirrel it is some crapping bear .....

as soon as you try and set things up where the beautiful songbirds can feed themselves then
the bear comes in and breaks the feeder and eats all the food

reminds me of somalia in western nc

I think your bear is a raccoon. Is the scat black, not very firm until dry and looks like it is full of berry seeds? Raccoon Scat Samples about halfway down the page.

not racoon scat unless he scat half his entire body weight and it looked more like the bear got the runs from so many seeds ....

Good! Just in time for Thanksgiving. Turkeys taste much better than raccoons.

Fun fact: they eat raccoon on Canadian Thanksgiving. that’s why it isn’t as big of a deal as American Thanksgiving.
