yeah, your a regular ####### herbalist, man, mister nursey.
tell me, quick, off the top of your head, three topical uses for plantain, chickweed or comfrey.
and then one internal one for yarrow.
You got me..come on the folks at home want to know..
####, i figured you’d at least google it. i guess whatever free new age publication you glean you ‘mountain wisdom’ from didnt have that stuff next to their full page prius ad?
i’m not an herbalist. i strongly urge anyone to study this and learn how it relates to them.
three topical uses for plantain, chickweed or comfrey? plantain, chickweed are great as poultices for stings, burns, and even bruises. chew em up a bit and put em on the bee sting (with some tobacco!).
Comfrey is known as ‘knit bone’ in the WNC region, and is an incredible topical poultice for broken bones and internal injuries, and can be added with plantain and chickweed on any broken or otherwise bruised bady parts (not on ANY cuts, though!).
also, all three of those are tasty in salads.
i’m not an herbalist. go buy some books and take a course or something, public. Never blindly follow the advice of some internet blowhard such as myself wihtout learning this stuff and how it relates to you.
or, just go to your doctor and pay for some pill that may have horrid side effects. your choice, really.
