This is an admin thread. Here, I’ll post the user names of those who have been banned, the length of that ban, and the reason for the ban.
PERMABANNED (User accounts shut down and all posts and threads removed without new cause for gross abuse)
Cullen Anderson: Refusal to respect other posters, trolling, image rule violations, ad hominem attacks, TOC violations, back-seat modding. Nam Vet, William P. Miller, Vinnie, Surfer Joe, Cassius, barbara ann, Jennie, Suzie Q, Jefferson Ideal, Mark Sustern, Mildred Shantfelt, Judda C, Braxton, etc: Sockpuppet accounts of Cullen Anderson.
Wade, LWW60, missawaffles, etc.: Repeated violations of forum rules 4,5 and 6. Generally belligerent to the admin and other users. Repeatedly banned. Permabanned for gross violations of rules 4 and 5 after being given a final chance.
TomH: A variety of offenses of various forum rules. Warned many, many times. Sock-puppet accounts “Barfly,” “The Rock” and others also banned.
BANNED (User accounts shut down for specific reasons)
Alan 7: Banned for posting off-topic remarks about zoning, procreation and elitism in threads unrelated to any of the above, as well as moderator back-talk. Repeatedly warned.
tmc: Creating thread that was for nothing but his own business promotion. When the thread was closed, he wrote a nasty note reading merely “blow me” to the Admin. Banned for violating forum rules 2,4 and 5.
Jason Bugg: A variety of offenses of various rules. Bugg allowed back under new user name, loss of old account and post rank.
BradOfficer: SPAM thread. Violated forum rules 1 and 2.
rainydaydreamin9: Rule 5 violations, and lots of mod and admin backtalk. Warned, but showed no sign of listening. Possibly a sock-puppet account of previously banned user.
richey: Banned for generally not complying with the spirit of the rules, low-content posting, and generally ignoring rules 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7, as well as the Xpress TOS. Multiple chances given, finally banned for posting non-public information about the workplace of another user.
