Dogs seem tolerant.  Cats seem arrogant.

A dog looks at me with interest and perhaps a bit of insight.  A cat looks at me like a life-support system for the hand that opens the cat food.

I prefer dogs probably because i’m simple.  And the dog and i are just fine with that.

And are you going to weigh in on the issue, Kent?

Dog person, although reluctantly. I’m not big on pets in general, but my wife really wanted to get a bulldog, and I caved. She’s a great pet, but I’m still not a huge fan of other people’s dogs. Just mine.

Dogs for me.

Dogs look at you and think… wow, he feeds me, takes care of me, loves me… he must be a god.

Cats look at you and think… wow, he feeds me, takes care of me, loves me… I must be a god.

I love both dogs and cats. Of course, I’ve always had cats that kind of act like dogs. People who tell you that you can’t train cats just haven’t tried. My cats come when I call them, do tricks, and sleep on the foot of my bed. With the dog.

I like my cats more than I like about 85% of all human beings. In fact, if I had to save my cats or the suddenly alive again Ghandi from a fire, I’d choose my cats over Mahatma any day of the week. Patsy and Lillian (my cats) are great.

I love dogs, but there is something about their love that is so simple and unconditional, which makes me think that they are going to turn on me and kill me. Dogs are just to friendly.

Now the love I get from my cats is full of disdain and bile. That is appreciated and respected on my part.

(Also, I typed the word “dongs” instead of “dogs” twice in this message, how hilarious)

Here’s a picture of my lovely cats.

Not sure I should admit this, but I am in almost 100% agreement with Mr. Bugg on this one.

Here’s my dog, looking very demure. Almost austere. Regal, even.

(Sweet Caesar ... I’ve become one of those horrible people who posts pictures of their pets on the internet.)

The dogs out number the cat 2 to 1 here.  The cat tends to be arrogant and he is often an a_ _.

Are you saying cats are a clone of you?  I’m only Kidding Jason.  I hope you and the wife have a great holiday and happy New Year.

Until just a few months ago, I owned six guinea pigs. It was a living hell.

And let’s see some more pet photos.
