Hello! I have a friend who is a teacher in the Chicago area and is
interested in pursuing a volunteer position in an organic setting.  She
is highly motivated, dependable, educated in current agricultural
challenges, and an absolute joy to work with.  She is open to many
geographic settings and different types of agricultural operations
(livestock, vegetables, fruits, etc.).  She would like to secure a
position before spring in order to be fully prepared.  Could CFSA
provide her any information about farms both within and outside of North
Carolina seeking volunteers?

i cant find the “apprentice/intern” section at carolinafarmstewards.org. where is it?

Ah. My apprentice post came from an e-mail circulating among Carolina Farm Steward members, one of whom suggested I get the word out. My apologies for any confusion or implying there was an apprentice section at Carolina’s Web site.
