“People who have nothing are still giving,” Duprey says. “It’s very cool; opened my eyes.”
“I have a belief,” says Wheeden during one of her nine-hour volunteer shifts. “What you give in life is what you receive.”
“I enjoy it, even though it’s a cold job,” Smith says. “I’m helping somebody out there that needs help.”
Meade has been a ringer for 15 years. “I like to see people smile,” he says.
