Blog Log: The week in local blogging

The trick here at Blog Log has been to try to find a theme running throughout the local Web community to tie it together in some pithy way. But it looks like sometimes we just get foiled. This week’s blogs went in all sorts of places, with Restless Mama apparently gearing up for March madness with a game of booty ball and Ashvegas tipping us off to our scrappy past.

It was a good week to get out and get active, as Asheville on the Ground covered the UNCA transportation forum and Scrutiny Hooligans hit up the Buncombe County Commission candidate debate.

We’re still dry in Asheville, but up in Hot Springs, Moonmeadow Farm is getting some relief from the drought.

Distort the info, meanwhile, is starting to get a bit suspicious about the rise of machines after a Netflix encounter and an Ingles receipt. Perhaps Arratik has the best solution.

And Blog Log isn’t the only one trying to ease in the weekend. So Much For Tact is promising to supply us with a soundtrack for Fridays.

But we’re still going to be a little unsettled until Skippy Haha answers the question: But how did it get in there?
