Even in local elections, money can be a key to winning, and also provide a barometer of a candidate’s support and help voters determine what segments of the community are supporting whom to lead them.
Well, with less than a week away from the May 6 primary, Buncombe County Election Services has just made available the latest income and spending reports from candidates in local elections, namely the hotly contested and jam-packed Buncombe County Board of Commissioners race.
