Today, the North Carolina Cooperative Extension announced the release of a series of online videos created specifically to help consumers make smart and healthy decisions when they shop for various edibles.
We recently visited a third-grade class at Haw Creek Elementary School in east Asheville and joined the kids for lunch in the cafeteria.
