This is the 2007 annual report from the Buncombe County Child Protection/Fatality Prevention Team, which reviews child fatalities and cases involving the Department of Social Services’ Child Protective Services in an effort to “identify any deficiencies in available resources or gaps in service that need to be addressed.”
