Lewis Kyle Wilson search warrants

Lewis Kyle Wilson has been charged with the brutal assault and kidnapping of a prostitute and has been dubbed a “person of interest” in an unsolved 2006 murder.

Search warrants executed on his residence in November and December reveal details about this ongoing case, and the possible connection of Wilson to similar attacks in the Riverside area. Warning: this material is extremely graphic.

In these 2010 documents, Wilson pleads guilty to lesser assault and drug charges. The original, more severe assault charge against him is dismissed, not for lack of evidence or as part of a plea deal, but for unspecified “Other” reasons. Click here to download a PDF of the sentencing documents.

Read the search warrants and tell me this man is not a SERIAL RAPIST!

Have some guts, Mountain Xpress, and print my comment!!

  2. PLEASE!

This is scary! The justice system in Asheville is crap! If this had happened to a UNCA student instead of a prostitute, there would be a different story here! What are the “other” reasons for dismissal of charges I wonder, the form says to ‘specify’ but they did not! Could it be that she wouldn’t show back up to testify?? The state is responsible to pursue these crimes regardless of the woman’s cooperation!!!!!!!!!!

  3. JUSTICE PLEASE

just wondering….were the teeth matched to the other murders???? or to kyle? I saw that house myself just after he was arrested, the state of the living quarters alone speaks volumes about his mental state, CREEPY!! and I know many people who have known him in the community for awhile, and majority consensus agrees: major CREEPS!
Look at the distance from his home to the creek and river inlet where those bones were found! Read the police reports from the original assaults…they all identify his truck and his house on craven!!! it’s no far step from stabbing a girl in the head during a BJ to rape & murder…attempted murder is simply a failed murder….this man has murder in his heart!!!!!

    Justice Please,

I completely agree with you. I know Wilson and I have zero doubt he is responsible for the crimes he was charged with and the crimes they police know he committed but the DA would not charge him with.

And yes, his last victim was almost killed and he should have been charged with attempted murder but because his victim was a prostitute somehow the DA deemed her less a member of society than a non-prostitute and failed to press the correct charges there, too.

The teeth did not match any of the murdered women. That, of course, does NOT mean he did not kill them (there are 2 women the police thought he may have murdered) but they can’t prove it. And I believe as you do that it was only a matter of time before he did kill someone if he hasn’t already.

The police have identified him as a serial RAPIST. He is a serial rapist. There is no stretch there.

I’m relieved to read that many believe him guilty because to hear a few of his supporters and his own comments from jail, he claims most believe him innocent and he can’t wait to get out to rejoin his “community”. That’s the truly frightening part!
